Job description

Who You Are:

This role supports the art team in day-to-day activities and administrative work. The ideal candidate will have an interest in photography, fashion, video and design. An ability to work efficiently with collaborators is key. A positive attitude and passion for design would be an ideal addition to the team. They will be a cross-functional partner with other departments: Fashion office, Editorial, Shoot Production, Postproduction and Project Management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the art team calendar for meetings, photoshoots, team out of office dates, etc.
  • Support art team in building digital and print presentations
  • Responsible for keeping creative area and creative room tidy and organized
  • Manage travel and shoot expenses of Senior Director of Global Creative
  • Work with art team to pull inspiration for campaign concepts, including lifestyle and still images, locations, videos, and social
  • Research and organize internal inspiration library, including photographer / director portfolios, commercial and editorial campaigns, and social media
  • Assist art team on set for photoshoots and runway shows when needed
  • Help art team with development and execution of local social media content

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 0-1 years experience (fashion retail experience preferred)
  • Strong Proficiency working in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A functional understanding and interest in AI tools
  • Ability to work well to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work extra hours when occasionally needed
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
