Job summary

Barnes Group Inc. is seeking a Coupa Global Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment across Barnes Aerospace’s global operations. The role partners with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other functions to standardize procure-to-pay processes while addressing local needs.

The position is a 9-month project, located in the US or UK with remote options. Travel may be required to meet objectives and coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise system implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-cycle global Coupa implementation across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, accounts payable, and finance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Coupa implementation from planning through go-live, stabilization, and handoff to ongoing support.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
• Facilitate global design workshops to establish standardized processes and manage local variations.
• Coordinate implementation of Coupa modules including procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, and analytics.
• Lead integration planning with ERP, finance, HRIS, identity/access, payment, tax, and supplier systems.
• Oversee data readiness, supplier onboarding, approval workflows, and testing.
• Establish project governance with steering-committee updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Partner with global teams on change management, training, and user adoption.
• Monitor post-launch adoption and benefits realization.
