Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking an experienced Counterparty Onboarding Analyst to lead the onboarding function for counterparties and vendors. The role involves overseeing the full onboarding lifecycle and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while liaising with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of KYC and lifecycle management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of trading flows.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience at a financial institution or trading firm.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior capacity is a plus.
• Experience with international onboarding across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead on the team for onboarding operations.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for counterparties and vendors.
• Conduct initial due diligence and manage ongoing monitoring.
