Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally.

The Role

The Manager, Corporate Security is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and lifecycle management of physical security technology within Corporate Security’s facility portfolio — corporate offices, executive residences, retail locations, and other assigned facility types, across U.S. and international sites. This role owns the technical backbone of the security program — access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and other systems — ensuring they are reliable, standardized, and aligned physical corporate security design standards. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Security on program priorities, standards, and escalations, and collaborates with security, technology and facility teams from Fanatics operating companies (Commerce, Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming) as required. This is an individual-contributor role: the Manager owns systems, projects, and vendor outcomes directly, with no direct reports.

What You'll Do

Systems Administration & Engineering Administer and troubleshoot enterprise access control platforms (e.g., Lenel OnGuard, Genea, Mercury controllers, etc.) and video management systems (e.g., Avigilon Alta, etc.) across all managed sites. Serve as the technical escalation point for panel, reader, and controller issues, including field diagnostics and vendor coordination for hardware failures. Manage credential lifecycle, access group structures, and badge provisioning standards across a multi-site, multi-region portfolio. Support network-dependent security infrastructure, coordinating with IT on cutovers, SD-WAN changes, and other events that affect access control connectivity.

Facility & Project Deployment Lead security systems design and installation for new facility build-outs, relocations, and renovations. Review architectural and MEP drawings to identify access control, camera, and intrusion detection requirements; flag vulnerabilities (e.g., REX devices, door hardware conflicts) before construction sign-off. Develop rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) cost estimates and scopes of work for security systems on new and existing sites, incorporating local regulatory requirements for international locations. Manage commissioning, testing, and handover documentation for new installations, coordinating with integrators, landlords, and property management teams.

Standards & Governance Maintain and evolve the company’s Global Security Design Standards, in coordination with the Senior Manager, Corporate Security, ensuring consistency across existing and new facilities. Develop and maintain system documentation, including as-built diagrams, panel inventories, and configuration baselines. Manage vendor performance for systems integrators and monitoring providers, including RFP participation, change control documentation, and invoice/scope reconciliation. Collaborate with security and facility teams from Fanatics operating companies (Commerce, Collectibles, and FBG) on shared standards, best practices, and cross-portfolio initiatives, as required.

Incident Support & Reporting Investigate system outages, unauthorized access events, and integration failures; produce root-cause analyses and remediation plans in coordination with the Senior Manager, Corporate Security. Generate badge, occupancy, and system-health reporting for leadership across the managed site portfolio. Reporting and performance: Track and report on system uptime, SLA compliance, and project delivery/service metrics across the portfolio to drive continuous improvement and inform technology roadmap decisions. Support event-based and temporary security technology deployments (e.g., credentialing systems, temporary CCTV) for corporate events, coordinating with Commerce, Collectibles, and FBG security/facility teams as required.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise access control and video surveillance systems across large, multi-site corporate or enterprise portfolios (e.g., distribution/logistics campuses, large-format retail, or venue operations).
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one major access control platform (Lenel OnGuard, Genea, Software House, S2, or similar) and one VMS platform (Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of low‑voltage security hardware: door hardware, REX devices, credential readers, panels, and controllers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site portfolios, including remote troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation for both practitioners and executive audiences.
  • Experience using system health monitoring tools and ticketing/case management platforms to track incidents, faults, and vendor performance, with the ability to translate operational data into statistical reporting for leadership.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure concepts (networking fundamentals, VLANs/segmentation, server/virtualization environments, Active Directory/identity management) sufficient to partner with IT and Infrastructure teams on system integration, hosting, and cybersecurity requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international facility security requirements (e.g., GDPR‑aligned access data handling, regional labor consultation requirements).
  • Familiarity with residential/executive protection technology deployments.
  • Industry certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or equivalent.
  • Experience with monitoring platform transitions or multi‑vendor central station coordination.
Travel & Physical Requirements

Domestic and international travel required (estimated 20–30%), including site visits to warehouses, distribution centers, and retail locations. Ability to work on ladders, in mechanical/telecom rooms, and other non‑office environments during installation and troubleshooting activities. Availability to support after‑hours system issues or event‑based deployments as needed.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

Salary Range $135,000 — $150,000 USD
