Akraya, Inc. seeks a Manager - Corporate Reporting to oversee global monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements and robust internal controls.

You'll lead a team of analysts, provide guidance on technical accounting and SEC reporting, and drive process improvements across SAP, HFM, and related finance systems in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.
• Aptitude for financial systems, process improvement, and internal controls.
• Ability to manage complex reporting requirements and meet close deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial statements and analyses, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage global monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP General Ledger, HFM consolidation systems, and business operations to deliver meaningful financial insights.
• Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of analysts.
• Provide guidance on accounting matters and Corporate Financial Instructions to support global business units’ reporting responsibilities.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and address evolving business needs.
• Maintain process documentation and policies to support accurate, effective, and reliable financial controls.
• Partner with the VP & Corporate Controller, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, FP&A, and internal and external auditors.
