Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional data analysis or reporting experience in corporate planning, finance, or management consulting.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data manipulation, large datasets).
• Business-level Japanese and English, able to coordinate with HQ across borders.

Responsibilities

• Own data aggregation and financial analysis for high-priority projects.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive management.
• Support budgeting, mid-term planning, and KPI/ROIC analyses.
• Lead cross-functional PMO tasks and document workflows for continuity.
