Dow Inc. in Midland, MI, seeks a Paralegal Specialist to provide wider paralegal support across diverse legal topics (excluding Litigation) as a member of the Core Legal Practices Client Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; commitment to earn within three years.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a professional legal role.
• Experience with contract processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client requests, assess gaps or legal risk, and apply work process standards.
• Adhere to standards to drive consistent service and identify inefficiencies or ambiguity; make improvement recommendations.
• Meet or exceed turnaround times and positively impact team metrics.
• Work autonomously and support team success; participate in team discussions and events.
