Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate legal/corporate subsidiary management experience in a major law firm or in-house.
• Extensive experience with U.S. and OUS subsidiary management.
• Experience with corporate secretarial work and Board of Directors support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual compliance calendar and required account filings.
• Prepare and review corporate records, including meeting minutes and resolutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, HR, and commercial teams.
