Goodera is seeking an Emcee to lead corporate volunteering experiences in Pittsburgh. You will facilitate engaging events for employees, ensuring an exceptional client experience and strong engagement across the host community of 400+ global players.

You will manage everything from setup to hosting and post-event wrap-up, connecting with nonprofits and beneficiaries while delivering a memorable, high-energy event experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Proficiency in public speaking and engaging audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing event conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a team player with creativity.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage volunteering events tailored for corporate teams.
• Represent Goodera, ensuring high standards of experience and engagement.
• Communicate clearly and build connections with volunteers.
• Ensure a seamless start-to-finish event experience for all participants.
• Lead the full event journey from setup to wrap-up.
• Capture memorable moments and create lasting volunteer memories.
• Coordinate setup, materials, instructions, and contingency plans.
• Engage with nonprofits and beneficiaries to deepen impact.
