Qualifications
- 3+ years at a top-tier firm in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or private equity.
- Strong knowledge of the US content and media landscape.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and M&A lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in executing strategic growth initiatives including partnerships and M&A.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and analyze strategic initiatives and report to a Corporate Development leader.
- Coordinate all phases of the M&A/investment and partnership process from sourcing to execution.
- Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, and potential partners with external perspective.
- Build relationships with industry partners, startups, and investors; represent the company at events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and run strategic partnerships and new business initiatives.
