Job summary

TriSource seeks a Corporate Controller to bring clarity and leadership to a complex accounting environment. The role oversees multi-entity consolidations, including international operations, and partners with executives on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decisions.

With a focus on scalable processes, you will strengthen controls, improve reporting, and mentor a growing accounting team, driving performance and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience leading complex accounting operations, including international entities and intercompany consolidations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience working with multi-currency accounting, FX translation and revaluation.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on strengthening processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting.
• Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities and intercompany eliminations.
• Partner with executives on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and strategy.
• Strengthen accounting processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver financial insight to support informed business decisions.
• Support expanding global footprint with multi-currency accounting considerations.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement in the accounting function.
