Qualifikationen

• Pursuing degree with graduation date within 1 year of internship completion.
• Eligible for CPA/IIA/CISA certifications after graduation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Fundamental understanding of financial statements, controls and core business processes.
• Basic IT controls awareness; IT knowledge a plus for IT path.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.
• Ability to derive insights from data to drive actions.

Aufgaben

• Learn PepsiCo's internal control framework to identify risk and assess effectiveness of controls.
• Engage in process walkthroughs to gain exposure to the business and processes audited.
• Build understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cost management and investment analysis.
• Gain exposure to PepsiCo planning horizons and forecasting.
• Leverage data analytics to support risk identification and insights for the business.
• Identify financial, operational, and IT risks and corresponding mitigations.
• Perform controls testing across audit areas (financial reporting, operations, compliance; ITGCs).
• Share knowledge to help the team succeed.
• Support audits to identify control breakdowns affecting financial information.
