Qualifications

• Experience working with financial services processes across custody and asset servicing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Ability to translate market announcements into actionable controls.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of DTC and SWIFT message formats.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming corporate action events and create/maintain corporate actions (mergers, repurchase offers, exchange offers, optional dividends).
• Execute routine and non-routine corporate action announcement processes with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Diagnose operational issues and provide resolutions within defined guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for subscribers via Operations, Middle Office, and Client Service teams.
• Perform End-of-Day (EOD) control checks to confirm work is completed and risks are managed.
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to stakeholders, highlighting trends and performance against targets.
• Recommend and support process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints via standardization/automation.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.
