Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the global accounting function and drive close processes for MAT Holdings and sister companies.

This role supervises three staff accountants and collaborates with controllers across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a CPA and 6–8 years of finance/accounting experience, including supervisory roles, with strong SAP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting including 2-3 years supervisory experience; mix of public and industry preferred.
• Solid knowledge of general accounting principles and practices; detail oriented; timely and accurate procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 staff accountants and work cross-functionally with global controllers.
• Manage month-end close accounting for MAT Holdings and related entities including reporting and analytics.
• Maintain SAP Chart of Accounts and master data including vendor setups.
• Oversee intercompany processes and shared costs; support global close.
• Assist with year-end audit and budgeting processes; participate in process improvements.
