Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Controls, Policies & Governance to strengthen financial integrity across global markets. You will lead ICFR, SOX 302/404, and governance initiatives, partnering with Finance, Technology, Legal, and Corporate Functions to design scalable controls in a digital, high-growth environment.

In this role you will drive policy development, incident remediation, DOA governance, and training to elevate control awareness across Finance and Corporate

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal/external audit, financial reporting, governance, or risk management within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of ICFR (SOX 302/404) and control design principles across environments.
• Experience leading complex projects or transformation initiatives with project/change management methods.
• Experience deploying tech-enabled controls for business processes.
• Digital literacy and familiarity with analytics platforms and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as governance contact for subsidiary operations and future acquisitions, aligning internal controls across the enterprise.
• Support ICFR processes and optimize existing controls.
• Identify and monitor emerging risks; design controls addressing gaps from growth and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology to ensure ITGCs and business controls are effective.
• Drive DOA governance evolution, training, and remediation on high-risk findings.
