Job summary

Flex seeks a VP, Corporate Controller to lead global accounting, consolidation and financial reporting under US GAAP and SEC rules. You will own the month-end close, interpret accounting standards, and coordinate external reporting with auditors across ~100 sites globally.

The role drives continuous process improvements and partner relationships with executive leadership. Requires 12+ years in accounting at a public company, CPA, and relocation to Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership in a public company.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• CPA required; BA/BS in Accounting.
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred; relocation to Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global accounting close process for timely, accurate results.
• Interpret and implement US GAAP standards; advise on complex accounting areas.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K).
• Lead regional and consolidation teams and liaisons with external auditors.
• Oversee buy-/sell-side due diligence and acquisition integration as needed.
