Job summary

Addison Group seeks an experienced Controller to lead all accounting functions for a fast-growing, private-equity backed SaaS business in the Greater Seattle Area. You will partner with executive leadership to design scalable financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure timely, high-quality reporting across multiple entities.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years of leadership, and hands-on experience with NetSuite and ASC 606.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
CPA license required or active.
10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
Experience in private equity-backed SaaS or publicly traded companies.
Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite).
Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
Strong month-end close improvement track record.
Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
Familiarity with NetSuite, ADP, Dayforce, Salesforce, Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the accounting function and partner with executives.

Oversee global accounting operations and ERP implementation efforts.
