Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Bridgewater, NJ, is hiring a Contracts Manager for Clinical & Specialty Services. You will negotiate customer contracts with Business Development, Legal and other leads to drive timely deal closures and growth.

You will assess risks, ensure alignment with company policies, maintain records, and liaise with internal/external counsel. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with a salary range of $122,000–$160,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of commercial contract terms in the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer contracts with Business Development, Legal and other leads to close deals.
• Lead negotiations with customers on commercial contracting terms.
• Assess and mitigate contractual risks and suggest favorable language.
• Maintain contract records and progress tracking.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
