Ingevity, headquartered in Charleston, SC, seeks a Global Contract Manufacturing Manager to shape and execute our global contract manufacturing strategy across Pavement Technologies and Performance Materials. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Chemistry or related field.
• Five+ years in contract manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, or related fields in specialty chemicals or process manufacturing.
• Experience managing third-party manufacturing partners, suppliers or external production networks.

Responsabilités

• Lead global contract manufacturing, tolling, and purchased finished goods for Pavement Technologies and Performance Materials.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for outsourced products; negotiate contracts and select suppliers.
• Maintain a global network of contract manufacturing partners; support growth and new product development.
• Ensure outsourced products are produced on time, at the right quantities and with acceptable service levels.
• Drive safety, quality, cost improvements, and regulatory compliance with third-party manufacturers.
