Micron Technology in the United States is seeking an Operations Central Team Contamination Control Engineer to lead global initiatives, standardize procedures, and drive improvements that reduce risk and improve yield across its semiconductor network. You will apply data analytics, automation, and AI tools to accelerate problem-solving and enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
5+ years in Contamination Control, Process/Equipment/Manufacturing/Yield Engineering or Semiconductor Operations.
5+ years applying Failure Analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, or Statistical Analysis.
5+ years leading cross-functional projects in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead global contamination control strategies to improve manufacturing performance and quality.
Partner with Manufacturing, QRA, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering to resolve yield and reliability issues.
Establish and communicate contamination control metrics and governance across sites.
Develop AMC, particle, humidity and other environmental monitoring programs.
Leverage AI, advanced analytics and automation to improve process monitoring and decision making.
