Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Director of Construction Projects to lead its global portfolio of capital construction initiatives across manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, offices, and distribution sites. This executive role reports to the VP of Global Real Estate and drives governance, standards, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and oversight of external partners,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years of experience in capital projects, construction management, and real estate development.
5+ years leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facility construction projects.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead Eaton's global capital project portfolio across manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, offices, distribution centers, and other sites.
Oversee all phases of project execution from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and turnover.
Develop business cases, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; establish governance and risk management processes to ensure disciplined execution.
