Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in capital projects, construction, or real estate development preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale industrial or mission-critical facilities projects.
• Strong executive communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Legal work eligibility in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Eaton's global capital project portfolio across facilities and centers.
• Oversee all project phases from planning to turnover with disciplined governance.
• Develop business cases, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Establish stage-gate reviews, risk management, and capital controls.
• Direct selection and oversight of external partners and contractors.
• Provide executive reporting and dashboards to drive decision-making.
