Michels Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Construction & Equipment Services to lead business capabilities, technology solutions, and digital platforms supporting construction operations, project execution, and equipment management across the Michels family of companies.

The role partners with Construction Operations, Equipment, Corporate Services, and Global IT to define strategic capabilities, develop roadmaps, oversee investments, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, construction management, or engineering with 10+ years in enterprise tech or construction systems.
• Leadership of managers, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery in a complex enterprise.
• Experience with enterprise applications or digital platforms for construction or asset-intensive operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple functional areas, aligning with organizational goals and strategic initiatives; manage budgets and resources.
• Actively contribute to the Global IT Senior Leadership Team and deliver integrated technology capabilities.
• Set the global capability strategy and multi-year roadmap for construction and equipment management services.
• Establish portfolio governance, decision rights, architecture alignment, funding transparency, and value realization measures.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cybersecurity, and Integration teams to ensure secure, resilient, interoperable solutions.
• Lead vendor and commercial performance for platforms and services including contracts, SLAs, and risk management.
• Ensure reliable day-to-day service delivery for construction and equipment capabilities and drive continual improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
