Job summary

Lincoln International, a leading investment bank, seeks a Manager of Consolidations and SEC Reporting in Chicago. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and external reporting, oversee intercompany eliminations, and drive policy standardization across a multi‑entity, multi‑currency organization.

You will coordinate SEC reporting (10-Q/10-K), work with auditors, and strengthen internal controls while mentoring a team of consolidation accountants.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant exposure to consolidations and financial reporting.
• Experience in a publicly-traded, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred; familiarity with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process and external financial reporting.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and FX translation; drive standardization of close procedures.
• Support Form 10-Q and 10-K filings; ensure accuracy and compliance with SEC rules.
• Coordinate with external auditors and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliations and shorten close timelines.
• Mentor consolidation accountants/analysts and collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A.
