Job summary

CooperVision, a leading contact lens manufacturer, seeks a Configuration Analyst to govern global configuration and master data across manufacturing systems. You will maintain data quality, templates, and governance, while supporting ETL, migrations, and deployments in a regulated setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with DevOps and development teams, ensuring traceability and version-controlled configurations across environments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in configuration management, master data management, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, and validating data structures in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting system implementations, SIT/UAT, and deployments in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern configuration and master data across manufacturing execution environments.
• Define and support enterprise configuration management practices with version-controlled assets.
• Document, review, and audit configuration changes per governance requirements.
• Develop data templates, templates, and data load files to ensure data quality and format.
• Support data quality activities, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and approvals.
• Execute data migration and ETL processes from legacy systems into target platforms.
• Query and validate data using SQL and align database structures with applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps to support environment promotion and deployment readiness.
