Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test, validation, or compliance engineering.
• PE registration is mandatory.
• Strong analytical background in structural, hydraulic, or stability systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all test and validation activities for product lines.
• Manage prototype build quality and alignment with engineering intent.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a local Test & Compliance team.
