Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of financial products and markets and relevant laws, rules and regulations (e.g., FINRA and SEC).

Responsibilities

• Propose testing methods and execute plans with team leader guidance.
• Gather data, perform analyses, and document results.
• Identify potential compliance, conduct, and reputational risks and escalate appropriately.
• Multi-task on several reviews with different colleagues simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with Compliance and business senior management.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to share findings and refine processes.
