Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Compliance Specialist to help design, implement, and continuously improve its global compliance program. You will assist with risk-based controls, monitoring activities, training initiatives, and investigations to prevent, detect, and respond to compliance risks.

Reporting to the Regional Compliance Manager, you’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders across North America and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal, or related functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance risk assessments by assisting with risk identification and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring and testing compliance controls, including audits and third‑party reviews.
• Help evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of compliance controls.
• Support remediation tracking and preparation of compliance reporting.
