Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure our business complies with applicable rules and internal policies. You will oversee timely regulatory filings and respond to inquiries, while documenting procedures across trading and technology controls in a global context.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with the regulatory environment; familiarity with Bloomberg/Charles River is a plus. This position supports a four-day office expectation under our Workplace Policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with regulatory environment (SEC, CFTC/NFA, FINRA).
• Knowledge of Securities Act of 1933, 34 and Securities Exchange Act of 1940 is preferred.
• Familiarity with trading systems and their compliance components such as Bloomberg, or Charles River is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and compliance reports are filed timely and correctly.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries.
• Ensure all compliance procedures are documented.
• Address day-to-day compliance issues related to trading strategies and technology controls.
• Prepare documentation to support reviews and demonstrate adequate processes/controls for SEC/regulatory requirements.
