You will ensure alignment with Federal and local laws, draft and review contracts, maintain corporate records, coordinate filings and governance materials, and liaise with outside counsel and internal

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with corporate policies, Federal regulations and local requirements.
• Partner with the Legal corporate division, HR, Finance, and business operation
• Support in drafting, reviewing and revising contracts, and all related legal documents
• Coordination of contract execution, tracking, renewals, contract repositories and records
• Support with the preparation of corporate governance materials including resolutions, filings and internal approvals
• Maintain statutory records and corporate documentation
• Assist with regulatory filings, registrations and compliance documentation
• Support all compliance requirements
• Liaison with Corporate Legal Team
• Coordination with outside counsel
• Support bilingual (Spanish/English) legal communications as required by federal and local laws.
