Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst in California to assist with governance of policies and procedures, regulatory research, training maintenance, and program monitoring.

You will collaborate across functions, manage ad hoc projects, and support global compliance initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in corporate compliance, with familiarity in GRC tools and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, human resources, organizational leadership, liberal arts or social sciences.
• 1 - 3 years' experience in corporate compliance, regulatory, retail, policy governance, project management, sports management or distribution, or other relevant experience.
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) - preferred but not required
• CCEP-I, CCEP, (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) or similar - preferred but not required
• PMP – preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy and procedure governance, regulatory research, and training maintenance.
• Support global compliance program coordination and cross-functional communications.
