Darling Ingredients is seeking a Compliance Analyst to prepare plant sites for SMETA audits and manage outcomes. The role involves coordinating audit activities, reviewing documentation, and assisting with remediation of findings, with a focus on clear communication across global brands and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Corporate Compliance with customer audits.
• Manage Darling's customer audits including preparation and communication with internal teams, auditors, and customers.
• Define audit scope, develop checklists, schedule on-site or virtual assessments, and organize data from multiple departments.
• Identify risks and prioritize them using data-driven approaches.
• Review policies, documents, and certifications for compliance.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans with stakeholders.
