Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking a Compliance Analyst to prepare plant sites for SMETA audits and manage outcomes across a global brand portfolio. The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate with auditors, plants, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in compliance or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with audit programs and knowledge of social compliance audits is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support Director of Corporate Compliance with customer audits.
  • Manage customer audits including plant communications and documentation gathering.
  • Plan and execute audits: define scope, create checklists, schedule on-site or virtual assessments.
  • Identify risks and prioritize actions using data-driven approaches.
  • Review policies, documents, and certifications for compliance.
  • Develop corrective action plans and monitor implementation.
  • Provide training on compliance matters and present audit findings to management.
