Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures and leveling.

Responsibilities

• Manage pay structures, wage progression, and compliance for hourly workforce.
• Run market pricing and geographic differential analyses.
• Design and model sales incentive plans and variable pay programs.
• Lead end-to-end merit increases, promotions and market adjustments.
• Create budgeting models, timelines, and communication materials.
