Epic is based just outside Madison, Wisconsin, and relocation to the Madison area is required with reimbursement provided. This role partners with leaders across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs, including international programs and domestic projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvement, communicate clearly, and translate complex topics into approachable guidance, supporting stakeholders and executives across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee compensation and stock processing.
• Experience with international compensation programs.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and executives and improve processes.

Responsibilities
