The leader collaborates with senior Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to drive workforce planning, pay equity, and budget management. The US base salary range is $196,000-$294,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 12+ years global compensation leadership experience.
  • 5+ years people leadership, scaling teams.
  • Experience with executive compensation governance and vendor management.
  • Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity with accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the global compensation function and analytics.
  • Develop and modify global compensation policies and procedures.
  • Lead compensation governance and policy implementations.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to support planning and offers.
  • Drive pay equity analysis, market benchmarking, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee compensation tools, data integrity, and automation.
  • Provide executive compensation support and governance.
