AB InBev Growth Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution. You will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and optimize model serving in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with ML and data engineers to integrate structured and unstructured sources, ensuring secure and robust behavior across distributed systems.

Formación

• Proven Python and systems programming experience.
• Experience with LLMs and agent orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of retrieval systems and vector stores.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsabilidades

What you’ll do:

• Design,develop,anddeploymulti-agentAIsystemsforreasoning,planning,andtaskexecution.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, using orchestration tools and frameworks(LangChain,LangGraph,Azure AIFoundry).
• Optimize model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference using frameworks like KServe,TritonInferenceServer,orRayServe.
• Buildobservabilityandevaluationframeworkstomonitoragentreasoning,successrates,andfailurecases.
• CollaboratewithMLanddataengineerstointegratestructuredandunstructureddatasourcesintoagentworkflows.
• Apply security and alignment techniques (guardrails, prompt injection prevention, red-teaming)toensurerobustbehavior.
• Participate in architectural decisions involving distributed systems, GPU usage,cachingstrategies,andmemorymanagement.

What you’ll need:

• StrongproficiencyinPython(forprototyping)andC++/Go(forperformance-criticalcomponents).
• ProvenexperiencewithLLMs(OpenAI,Anthropic,Llama,Mistral,orsimilar).
• Practicalexperiencewithagentorchestrationframeworks(LangChain,LangGraph,SemanticKernel).
• Deep understanding of search and retrieval systems(vectordatabaseslikePinecone,Weaviate,FAISS,Milvus).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and experience deployingMLmodelsinKubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKEenvironments.
• FamiliaritywithONNXRuntime,TensorRT,orDeepSpeedforinferenceoptimization.
• Experiencewithpublicclouds(Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure as code(Terraform,CloudFormation,orBicep).

Nicetohave:
