The role reports to the VP of Cardiovascular Communications & Public Affairs and partners across functions to align internal and external communications with business priorities and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, public affairs, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success developing and delivering integrated global communications strategies.
• Experience advising senior executives and leading executive communications, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global communications and public affairs strategy aligned to Circulatory Restoration priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead external communications strategies to elevate visibility and reputation of Circulatory Restoration and its portfolio of technologies.
• Drive proactive media engagement, thought leadership, and strategic storytelling.
• Partner with Corporate Media Relations, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Commercial teams for coordinated engagement.
• Lead the global employee communications and engagement strategy for Circulatory Restoration.
