Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Category Manager to own global spend in one or more Professional Services categories and to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, supplier negotiations, and performance management to reduce risk, increase value, and drive efficiency across the organization. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience in global commodity management.
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services categories (Consulting, Finance, Banking, Legal, Marketing, HR, Contingent Labor, or Engineering Services).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to maximize business value for assigned categories.
• Perform spend analysis, develop and execute annual sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage performance.
• Lead RFQ to contract processes and ensure delivery, quality, and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify sourcing needs and refine strategies through cross-functional coordination.
