Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or commodity management.
• Experience in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for assigned commodities with focus on pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Manage PO creation, tracking, and lifecycle to support operations and NPI programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Act as primary supplier contact, driving performance and resolving issues.
• Use Excel, SQL, and Python to analyze spend and supplier performance for decisions.
• Support NPI projects by aligning sourcing with evolving product requirements.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement and commodity management.
• Ensure compliance with internal sourcing and supplier management policies.
