Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
7+ years of progressive Finance experience including Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or related roles in a global manufacturing, industrial, or materials-based business.
Experience leading reporting, forecasting, planning, or performance management processes.
Strong analytical capability to connect financial data with business drivers and market dynamics.
Proven ability to partner across functions, influence stakeholders, and drive better business outcomes.
Experience operating in a complex, multi-region environment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Finance support for the global Commercial organization, partnering with regional Sales and Commercial leaders to strengthen business performance.
Own recurring reporting, forecasting, and performance management processes across volume, revenue, margin, profitability, risks, and opportunities.
Build scalable finance processes, reporting routines, operating rhythms, and management systems that support business transformation and SAP deployment.
Translate financial results, market dynamics, and regional drivers into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, forecasts, and decisions.
Improve Commercial decision-making through stronger performance visibility, pricing discipline, margin analysis, and regular business reviews.
Lead, develop, and coach the Commercial Finance team by setting expectations and accountability.
