Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Director, Global Commercial, BTK CDAC to drive global launch readiness and promotional strategy for tacabrutideg. You will lead assets, omnichannel plans, and cross-functional execution with regulatory, medical, and regional teams.

The role requires strong leadership without authority, expertise in hematology, and 5+ to 10+ years of pharma marketing. Occasional travel (US/intl) and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MA/MS, MBA preferred; BA/BS required.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing and/or healthcare-related commercial experience.
• Experience in global or regional markets (US, EU, or China) and launch environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and roll-out of launch assets for tacabrutideg.
• Lead global omnichannel strategy for tacabrutideg and coordinate with regional teams.
• Develop KOL strategy and insights gathering plan across regions and geographies.
