Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting an organization's technological infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and other hardware and software components, ensuring they meet business needs by optimizing performance, security, and availability; key responsibilities include installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and collaborating with other IT teams to address issues and implement updates.

This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

System administration, network configuration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, disaster recovery, virtualization, cloud computing, security protocols, project management, documentation, scripting, and proficiency with specific operating systems and hardware.

  • Networking technologies : Understanding of network protocols (TCP / IP, UDP), routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.

  • Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
