Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Cloud Services Specialist to support end-to-end Global Cloud and Sovereign cloud deployments for Microsoft M365 services, ensuring data residency, regulatory compliance, and regional service enablement.

You will coordinate provisioning and rollout for Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Protection, and DSP across global regions, while supporting Azure capacity planning and readiness for regional buildouts.

Qualifications

Experience guiding end-to-end Global Cloud deployments for Microsoft M365 services.
Experience ensuring data residency and regulatory compliance.
Ability to coordinate provisioning and rollout for Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Protection, and DSP across regions.

Responsibilities

Oversee production GoLive, stabilization, SLA adherence, incident management, and performance optimization for enterprise workloads.
Design and implement automation, telemetry, and monitoring systems using Kusto, Power BI, PowerShell, and cloud-native tools.
Build and maintain dependency tracking and capacity dashboards with real-time visibility into blockers and regional readiness.
Provide executive reporting and program governance including risk management and scorecards.
