Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Global Solutions Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for public cloud. This global, individual-contributor role defines architectural direction and carries it into strategic customer engagements, shaping delivery and reference architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will own the cloud architecture standard, guide multi-region deployments, and mentor architects to elevate the practice.

Qualifications

15+ years overall experience.
8+ years as hands-on cloud architect at enterprise scale.
Expert level AWS and Azure; GCP preferred.
Deep understanding of data protection and cyber resilience.
Cloud security and compliance frameworks knowledge.
Strong automation background (IaC, scripting, CI/CD).
Influence across a global, matrixed org and time zones.
Executive-level communication with CIOs and principal engineers.
Ability to learn a complex new platform quickly.

Responsibilities

Set the global cloud architecture direction: reference architectures, guardrails, anti-patterns.
Escalate and decide cloud architecture on strategic engagements worldwide.
Define the technical shape of Rubrik PS cloud offerings and deployment guidance.
Lead the most complex, high-visibility engagements across regions and clouds.
Mentor Solutions Architects and consultants; raise the practice's capability.
Develop reusable IP: architectures, templates, accelerators; enable field teams.
Represent Rubrik PS in external forums and at conferences.
