Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global teams. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners to keep programs on track.

The role emphasizes coordination across offices and time zones, aligning stakeholders with business goals. In this position, you’ll drive execution, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Complete risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project objectives.
• Establish and track processes with stakeholders, identify sponsors and resources, ensure work aligns with compliance/privacy policies, and promote process adoption.
