Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, product operations, or related discipline leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven success driving cross-functional programs involving cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, distributed systems, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or enterprise-scale operations.
• Strong independent judgment and execution skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Customer-oriented mindset connecting platform investments to developer, operator, or internal customer outcomes.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and build durable relationships with senior leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive status updates and risk communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery plans for CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment-system initiatives from planning through rollout and handoff.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, SREs, security, and compliance to define milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, and success measures.
• Track execution across teams, identify delivery risks early, and drive follow-up on decisions and escalations.
• Support programs that reduce manual developer work via reliable workflow automation and self-service capabilities.
• Help operationalize safeguards for AI- or agent-assisted engineering with approvals, auditability, and policy controls.
• Coordinate rollout and change-management activities across OCI environments, ensuring reliability and operational-readiness.
• Use delivery signals to improve team predictability, developer experience, and deployment success rates.
