Job summary

Skechers seeks a Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering to lead global cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure. You will modernize, scale, and secure systems while driving automation and cost-efficiency across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle.

You will build high-performing teams, align engineering with business goals, and partner with Cybersecurity, Finance, and IT for resilient, compliant platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud/infra engineering or related tech.
• Director-level experience in global, matrixed orgs with enterprise-scale infra.
• Proven track record in modernization, cloud transformation, automation.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle; multi-cloud expertise.
• Leading globally distributed platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure and cloud strategy across multi-cloud platforms.
• Oversee modernization, migration, and automation of infra/cloud environments.
• Design and optimize cloud-native, hybrid-cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Establish governance, roadmaps, patterns, lifecycle management, operating models.
• Champion SRE, incident management, capacity planning, performance mgmt.
• Mentor talent and leadership succession across infra & cloud teams.
