Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering to lead global infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.

You will drive modernization, multi-cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), and automation to deliver secure, scalable platforms in a global, matrixed environment. You will partner with IT, Cybersecurity, Product, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture to align capabilities with business priorities, champion SRE practices, and build leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive cloud and infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 5 years at the Director level in a global matrixed org.
• Proven track record in modernization, cloud transformation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering strategy across platforms.
• Own multi-cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle.
• Drive modernization, migration, and automation to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee IaC, CI/CD, automation, and platform reliability practices.
• Partner with Cybersecurity for Zero Trust, IAM, and compliance.
• Develop talent and leadership acrossfrastructure disciplines.
• Represent Infrastructure and Cloud Eng in governance forums.
