Job summary

MSD Malaysia is offering a Future Talent Program internship in the Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) PMO. The 12-week program provides hands-on project management exposure across global trials, with opportunities to lead initiatives, develop process maps, and present capstone findings.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a BS/BA program in business, project management, or related fields, available for full-time 12 weeks starting May/June 2027, and completed at least two years of college by

Qualifications

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business or project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science related discipline.
Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2027.
Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2027.

Responsibilities

Provide project management support for strategic initiatives
Assist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global process
Develop tools to enhance conduct of our clinical trials
Generate process maps and/or performance metrics
Develop effective communications
Receive exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting global clinical trial operations
Deliver a capstone presentation illustrating internship objectives and activities
